According to the Merriam-Webster Dictionary, the word INVESTING has several meanings:

(a) To commit money in order to earn a financial return

(b) To make use of for future benefits or advantages

(c) To involve or engage, especially emotionally

What is interesting to note is that all those definitions can be applied to your Chamber membership! We invest our time and money in our events to bring you the best speakers and the best venues in which to educate and inform you so that you see a financial return by using what you have learned. Take our "Master Class" for example; for one hour once a month you will learn everything from creating winning sales presentations to how to speak in front of a crowd, to social media best practices to human resources for small businesses and so much more.

There is always an emotional aspect to investing – you invest your time by meeting Chamber members in a variety of businesses to enhance your own business.
