I hope you and your family had a joyous and prosperous holiday season . As we begin the first quarter of this new year, we are prepared to tackle any new challenges that may come before us and achieve our stated mission of economic prosperity . The Chamber is excited to work alongside you, our business members, to create a stronger economy and connect you to all the resources and opportunities to achieve your objectives in 2022 .

For seventy years, the Chamber has been Connecting Members to each other and to the Boca Raton business community for the purpose of ensuring the success of all businesses large and small . This year will mark the fourth year of our merger with the Boynton Beach Chamber of Commerce, expanding our community to include Boynton Beach and all of South Palm Beach County . Delivering on one of the Chamber’s four core pillars, Connecting Members, the Chamber provides over three hundred networking opportunities for you to connect – whether it be with a small business owner, or the Chief Executive Officer of a major employer. One of the most convenient ways to engage with the Chamber is through the Boca Chamber App, which can be found on the Apple and Google play stores. At the tip of your fingers, you can engage with the Chamber while also receiving notifications of important Chamber, County, City of Boca Raton, and City of Boynton Beach information . She is known for having a finger on the pulse of the business community in Boca Raton and South Palm Beach County . Jackie’s servant-leadership, dedication to our community, along with her ability to connect are some of the many reasons she is featured on the cover of our Connection Magazine . To learn more about Madam Chair, turn to page 12 . Each year, Chamber members apply for a coveted spot in our Leadership Boca program . During this four-month experience, participants are given an in-depth and behind the scenes look at the many facets that make our community operate . Acquaintances to each other in the beginning, these members gain valuable professional and personal connections to one another during this program . In addition to these long-lasting relationships, the participants gain a one-of-a-kind education during the themed days that include economic development, hospitality, education, and public safety . Each graduating class of Leadership Boca makes a difference in the community by creating an end of the year project . The leadership class of 2021 was no different, connecting with our local Boca Raton Police Foundation . Turn to page 6 to read about this impactful project . Today, connecting members means more than the traditional networking opportunities and business introductions . It means being the resource for essential business news and advocating for issues that impact you, our member . In order to ensure pro-business policy, we work hard to elect business-minded officials representing us at the State, County and Local levels. Engaging the Business Leaders United Political Action Committee (BLU-PAC) for only the second time in Boynton Beach’s municipal election process, the BLU-PAC Board has made endorsements it believes are the RIGHT LEADERS to move Boynton Beach forward for important job growth and economic prosperity .
