You will find a compendium in your room providing you with a directory to help you find your way around the resort and make your holiday one to remember. It is our aim to ensure that you enjoy your stay. Please do not hesitate to ask for assistance from our friendly staff or notify us of any problems you encounter. Accessing your apartment Your white keycard is your apartment door key and also allows after-hours access to the building, including entry into our carpark. To open your apartment front door, please hold the keycard against the black box in front of your room as well as other doors around the building. Your keycard will give you access to the guest laundries, entry to reception, the carpark, the side access gate and beach access gate as well as the stairwell. Our property is secure and you need to carry your keys with you at all times. Please do not get the key wet as this will damage it.

Your room number is Helpful Information: Housekeeping Your room will be serviced daily. This includes making your bed, replacing all towels if required, removal of rubbish and vacuuming. For stays of 4 nights or longer, a full linen change will be provided. Housekeeping are only onsite from approx. 8.30am to 2pm daily. Please use the Service/Do Not Disturb signs hanging on the back of the door as needed. Maintenance Should any maintenance issues arise during your stay, please contact Reception. We greatly appreciate any notice of maintenance items whilst you are in-house so that we may rectify any issues immediately and ensure there is no further inconvenience. Non-Smoking Policy We wish to advise that the Apartment and Common Areas of the property are smoke free for the comfort of all guests. Please note, should smoking be detected in your room there will be an excess cleaning charge of $500. In the event of a fire alarm being activated, any associated charges will be passed on to the unit occupant.
