Pantry Shopping Service: We’ll stock your kitchen with groceries – just provide advance notice.
Housekeeping: Daily (except Sundays and Public Holidays) from 9am-2pm, including towel refresh and rubbish removal.
Continental Breakfast Packs: Available to purchase at reception for $13 each. Includes cereal, milk, juice and snack bar.
Menulog Delivery: Our team can assist with details and ordering.

Early departures (before 7am): Please settle your account the night prior and leave keys in the lobby key return box.
Smoke-Free Policy: Quest Fremantle is 100% smoke-free. Please use designated outdoor smoking areas (ask reception for locations).
Emergency Procedures: In case of evacuation, a siren and voice message will sound. Use stairwells only (not lifts). Evacuation maps are on the back of your apartment door.
Assembly point: Pioneer Reserve, corner of Pakenham and Short Street.
Park in the Wilson Parking area (Zone 3), approximately 5 minutes walk away. Please refer to the parking map in this guide for details.
