HOUSEKEEPING

Your apartment will be serviced daily except Sunday & public holidays, or if the ‘do not disturb’ sign is displayed. If you stay 7+ nights, you will receive reduced servicing.

CREDIT CARD

PRE-AUTHORISATION

A valid credit card is required for a pre-authorisation of $100-$200 for incidentals. Funds are released within 5-8 business days after departure. Accounts for in-house guests must not exceed $500.

FREE WI-FI

Free Wi-Fi is provided; connect to ‘Quest Campbelltown WiFi’ using your room number and surname.

PARKING

$10 per night per vehicle. Free for repeat guests. All vehicles must be registered with reception.

EXTRA BEDDING

Additional charges from $50 a night unless negotiated at booking. Extra linen outside scheduled cleaning will incur additional charges.

NO-PARTY POLICY

There is a strict NO-PARTY POLICY. Please minimise volume after 9pm. Noise complaints will result in an after hours call-out fee of $200.

Pets must be registered at reception, must be on a lead whilst indoors in public spaces and cannot be left unaccompanied in the apartment. pets will result in immediate cancellation without refund and fines up to $1,000.

Extra cleaning charges of up to $2,000 may apply if your apartment requires additional cleaning to restore it to proper functioning condition.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We require a minimum notice if you wish to cancel or reduce your stay to avoid a charge equal to one night’s accommodation.
