There is much to see and experience during your stay. You will find a compendium in your room providing you with a directory to help you find your way around the resort and make your holiday one to remember. It is our aim to ensure that you enjoy your stay. Please do not hesitate to ask for assistance from our friendly staff or notify us of any problems you encounter.
Accessing your apartment
Your grey electronic fob is your apartment door key and also allows after-hours access to the building, including the lift from the basement. The large silver key will open the guest laundry located in the basement. Our property is secure and you need to carry your keys with you at all times.
Please do not get the fob wet as this will damage it. In the event of loss or damage, a replacement cost will be charged.
Wi-Fi
Wi-Fi is free, with unlimited downloads and devices. To access the complimentary Wi-Fi please log into the following network.

Reception
Reception hours are Monday to Friday 8am–7pm and Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays 8am–4pm.
To call Reception: press 9 from your in-room telephone during Reception office hours.
After Hours Contact
If an emergency arises after 7pm please contact Security on 0418 183 300.
Please call 07 5474 7400 if an emergency arises between 4pm and 7pm Saturday, Sunday and on Public Holidays.
In the event of a fire, police or ambulance emergency, please call 000.

Swimming pool and beach
Beach chairs and beach umbrellas are available from reception for your use during your stay. Beach/pool towels are provided in your room and will be replaced during your daily service if required.
Access to our pool, spa and the beach is via the glass door near the guest lounge on level 1. Please note the pool facilities are for in-house guests only.
O’Boat Hire
The best range of deluxe pontoons, barbecue pontoons and boating types for self-drive on the Noosa River. For all bookings, a licence number is required.

Helpful Information:
Housekeeping
We are a small boutique resort, housekeeping are only onsite from approximately 9am to 2pm daily. Your room will be serviced daily. This includes making your bed, replacing all towels (if required) and removal of rubbish. For stays of 5 nights or longer, a full linen change will be provided. Please use the Service/Do Not Disturb signs hanging on the back of the door as needed.
For any additional amenities or supplies you may need during your stay, Hastings Street Supermarket is conveniently located just downstairs.
Air-conditioning
When operating your air conditioning units, please ensure to close all doors and windows. The units operate most effectively on 23 degrees.
Non-Smoking Policy
We wish to advise that the Apartment and Common Areas of the property are smoke free for the comfort of all guests this includes balcony and rooftop areas. Please note, should smoking be detected in your room there will be an excess cleaning charge of $1500.
