BEACHES
Pristine and relentlessly beautiful, the beaches of the Whitsundays are some of the world’s finest. Most lauded and awarded is Whitehaven Beach, a stretch of paradise that was named in the top ten of the world’s most beautiful beaches. The luminous white sands, crystal clear azure waters and long expanses of beach lap the edges of unspoiled tropical rainforests.
GREAT BARRIER REEF
The Great Barrier Reef, a true spectacle of nature’s most extraordinary work, is on your doorstep. Composed of over 2,900 individual reefs and 900 islands, the reef stretches for over 2,500 kilometres – a water wonderland that can be seen from space.
DIVING
Just below the surface of the water is a spectacular underwater sanctuary that is filled with the world’s largest collection of coral and tens of thousands of species of marine life.
BOATING & FISHING
Naturally endowed with warm, sheltered waters and sweet talking breezes, the Whitsundays are a mecca for boating and sailing endeavours. From reef fishing close to the islands to estuary fishing, the Whitsundays offer some exciting hauls, and some even better eating – think Coral Trout, Barramundi and Mangrove Jack, barbequed right there on the back of the boat.
NATIONAL PARKS
From the rainforest-clad mountains of Conway National Park, to the rugged rocky cliffs of the Whitsunday Island National Park, there are infinite ways for bushwalkers, campers, or just casual picnickers to immerse themselves in nature and take in the scenery.
WILDLIFE
See a Humpback Whale breaching and frolicking with her cub, swim with the endangered Dugong or Green Sea Turtle, or stumble across an Australian Rock Wallaby on your morning walk.

AIR CONDITIONING
Your apartment is equipped with a Daikin air-conditioning system, which needs to be manually turned on or off from the individual panel located close to the entrance of your apartment. Please consider the environment when using your air-conditioner and turn it off when you leave your apartment. We recommend a low cooling operation 25 degrees (environmentally-friendly). Our housekeeping team, when accessing your apartment, will automatically set it back to this temperature setting. Please find operating instructions for your air-conditioner on your air-conditioner panel.
RECEPTION
Open 8.30am to 6pm. The phone line is attended 24/7 for urgent enquiries outside the above hours. For arrival outside of opening hours our reception team will email access details. For early departures, there is a key dropbox at Reception.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT
Check-in is 2pm and check-out is 10am. Late check-out is subject to availability and charges may apply. Please contact reception to check availability and arrange a late check-out.
AMENITIES
Your apartment is supplied with a complimentary starter set of amenities on your arrival. Should you require any additional items such as shaving kits or sanitary packs, reception have a number of additional items available.
CHILD CARE
We are able to recommend locally provided services with appropriate training and blue cards. Please contact reception for more information – note child care services incur an additional fee and payment is to be paid directly to provider.

Free transfer service to the town and Coles supermarket are offered daily at 10am, 12pm and 2pm. Free pool towel exchange service offered at reception. Free internet access offered.
