SADNESS

Depression can be a key feeling of most single-parent families after separation, having sudden change can cause them chaos in their emotions, and the physical change creates sadness which makes them feel isolated from the society. However, as we get light at night by the moon, we are always with the light every time. Even though it takes some time, there is hope in every single parents' life.

By applying affordance theory to the design, the users will have clear understanding of which flexible use rooms will be the best fit for them. Also, the wayfindings are possible by placing wall scones on the hallways as well as the change of flooring materials or colors.

The RECEPTION is the first space where users will experience and reflect on their emotions, using light as a guide througout the space. By having natural elemnts throughout, women can focus on healing. This prototype, a welcoming video, tells which flexible use rooms will the best fit for them. PROTOTYPE-WELCOMING VIDEO
