Donau employs around 50 people and is a service provider to 5-star establishments such as hotels, private residences and embassies across London. They specialise in commercial laundry, carpet cleaning, repairs and making-up of curtains.
1st Waste employ 70 staff and are a full-service waste management business that supplies award winning service to the retail, trade and charity sectors throughout the UK. Andy was tasked with working with the sales team and functional line managers; with the objective of supporting revenue growth and aligning the heads of departments on the commercial goals. “Andy has worked with us for 2 years now and his efforts have contributed to us substantially increasing our year on year sales. More recently, I’ve been an age group winner of the European Standard Distance Triathlon on two occasions and have achieved an Age Group World Aquathlon Silver Medal. Sport has strongly reinforced certain personal characteristics of mine, things like dealing with stress, respecting your opponent, responsibility, persistence and self-discipline, which supports my ability to add value to your business.
