JPR partnered with Bethany Christian Schools and the City of Goshen to create a unified athletic complex Master Plan featuring upgraded facilities, improved access, and future-ready expansion.



JPR transformed a tight site and limited budget into a high-performance athletic facility, enhancing function, boosting performance, and enriching student experience at Franklin College.


Blending modern amenities with industrial heritage, this stadium redefined Beloit’s city center as a multi-use hub for baseball, retail, and civic pride–anchoring long-term revitalization efforts.

JPR partnered with Purdue University and the Renaissance District in South Bend, IN, to create a flexible, high-tech space for Purdue Polytechnic Institute—balancing modern lab needs with strict design standards in the historic Studebaker factory.

JPR designed a full-service fleet facility for airport rental car companies, featuring maintenance bays, car washes, fuel stations, and office space, streamlining vehicle turnaround to keep more cars ready for incoming travelers.



Through adaptive reuse, JPR created a collaborative, daylight-rich environment that celebrates the building’s history while supporting the firm’s multidisciplinary operations.

JPR led a full re-image of Papa Vino’s Italian Kitchen in Mishawaka, transforming the 17-year-old building with expanded seating, upgraded finishes, and a Tuscan-inspired design—all delivered from concept to bid documents in just five months.



JPR partners with Quality Dining, Inc. to deliver prototype-driven Chili’s projects—ranging from remodels to new builds—tailored to each site and aligned with corporate branding across the Midwest and East Coast.
