Quand j’ai commencé les bars il y a dix-huit ans, j’ai lu tous les livres que je pouvais trouver sur les boissons, les spiritueux et les cocktails. Après avoir lu tous ces livres, cependant, je me sentais comme si je n’avais pas beaucoup appris sur la façon de faire des boissons géniales.

Ma bibliothèque de livres de cocktails était pleine sur la façon de faire des cocktails, de faire des spiritueux, etc.… et aujourd’hui.

Il est temps pour moi de commencer à vous montrer ma passion à travers ce premier (mais deuxième) livre. J’espère que vous apprécierez !

When I started bars eighteen years ago, I read all the books I could find on drinks, spirits and cocktails. After reading all of these books, however, I felt like I hadn’t learned a lot about how to make great drinks.

My library of cocktail books was full on how to make cocktails, make spirits, etc.…

Ingrédients: 60 ml rhum / rum 20 ml liqueur de passion / passion fruit Liquor 15 ml galliano / galliano 45 ml jus d’ananas / pineapple juice 15 ml jus de citron / lime juice 3 dash de bitter island fruit / island fruit bitter

Méthode:

Dans un

shaker, mélanger tous les ingrédients avec de la glace et shaker vigoureusement. Remplissez votre verre ananas de glace pilée, filtrez votre cocktail.

Placez votre décoration de menthe et ananas sur le dessus de votre verre. N’oubliez pas votre paille en papier.

Méthode: Dans un shaker, rempli de glace au préalable, mélangez tous les ingrédients en partant du moins au plus alcoolisés sauf le bitter. Shakez vigoureusement jusqu’au refroidissement de votre shaker. Remplissez votre verre Double rocks de glace pilé et versez votre préparation. Complétez de glace si besoin.

Méthode: Tout d’abord, coupez votre noix de coco en 2 part égale.

Videz le contenant de son eau de coco. Dans votre shaker, ajoutez les ingrédients ci-dessus en commençant toujours part le moins alcoolisé au plus alcoolisé. Shakez vigoureusement et servez sur glace dans votre noix de coco.

Ingrédients: 60 ml vodka / vodka 10 ml essence de thé / tea liqueur 50 ml jus de pamplemousse rose / pink grappefruit 40 ml thé à la bergamote / bergamote tea 15 ml syrop de thym / thyme syrup 10 ml jus de citron / lime juice

Méthode:

Pour commencer, préparez-vous un thé à la bergamote.

Laissez refroidir tout doucement pendant l’infusion. Par la suite, dans votre shaker rempli préalablement de glace, incorporez votre thé et shakez-le pour le glacer puis versez le dans une carafe. (Si votre thé est déjà frais vous pouvez oublier cette étape). Pour la deuxième étape, versez tous les ingrédients dans l’ordre ci-dessus. Shakez, filtrez et servez.

To start, prepare a bergamot tea. Let cool gently during the infusion. Then, in your shaker previously filled with ice, incorporate your tea and shake it to freeze it then pour it into a carafe. (If your tea is already fresh you can forget this step). For the second step, pour all the ingredients in the above order. Shake, filter and serve.

Ingrédients: 50 ml vodka / vodka 80 ml de jus de tomate / tomato juice 20 ml de worcestershire sauce / worcestershire sauce 15 ml de jus de citron / lime juice 2 gouttes de tabasco / Dash of tabasco 1 pincée de sel de celery / pinch of celery salt 1 pincée de poivre / pinch of black pepper 1 branche de celery / celery branch

Méthode: Préparez votre cocktail Bloody Mary directement dans votre verre. Remplissez un verre highball de glaçons.

Versez le jus de citron et les condiments : Worcestershire, Tabasco, poivre et sel de céleri. Ajoutez le jus de tomate et la vodka. Remuez à l’aide d’une cuillère à mélange. Vérifiez l’assaisonnement. Décorez d’une branche de céleri et d’un piment. Votre Bloody Mary est prêt !

Prepare your Bloody Mary cocktail directly in your glass. Fill a highball glass with ice cubes. Pour the lemon juice and the condiments: Worcestershire, Tabasco, pepper and celery salt. Add the tomato juice and vodka.

Stir with a mixing spoon. Check seasoning. Decorate with a celery branch. Your Bloody Mary is ready!

Touillez vigoureusement jusqu’au refroidissement de votre verre. Versez votre préparation dans votre verre double rock, fumez-le avec le flavour blaster citrus & décorez.

In your mixing glass, filled with ice beforehand, Mix all the ingredients in the above order starting from the bottom. Touch vigorously until your glass cools down. Pour your preparation into your double rock glass, smoke it with the flavor blaster citrus & decorate.

Ingrédients: 40 ml gin /gin 20 ml st germain /saint germain 45 ml jus de pomme /apple juice 10 ml jus de citron /lime juice 6 framboises /orange zest 60 ml champagne /champagne

Méthode:

Dans un shaker, rempli de glace au préalable, Mélangez tous les ingrédients dans l’ordre ci-dessus en partant par le bas sauf le champagne et les framboises. Shakez vigoureusement jusqu’au refroidissement de votre shaker.

Versez votre préparation dans votre verre à vin. Ajoutez les framboises et complétez au champagne.
