This is a stairacse drawn in one point perspective showing the risers and goings and its side.I ensured that the pitch of the stairs is the same and achieved that by having a pitch line originating from the vanishing point. In addition, the height of each riser was marked before drawing the actual stairs. During the lecture we drew different shapes and forms in a perspective view using the help of one point. The orthogonal lines were converged towards the vanishing point from the shapes corners. In addition shading also helped to visualise the shape in a 3 dimensional form.

Two perspective drawing is defined as “the most perceptive drawing tool available to communicate about a design vision

Designers can illustrate what an interior space feels like using various points on the plan. This drawing is effective in representing three dimensional objects from a table to massing a building. A 2-point perspective drawing is neither symmetrical nor static. An axonometric drawing is to scale whereas any perspective drawing is proportional, but not to scale. Therefore. a measuring line has to be the only line where you measure from. The CAV is a horizontal plane whereas the picture plane which can be thought as a vertical transparent glass that we see through; all the construction lines are oblique to the picture plane.
