CLASS REUNION

A Message from the Alumni Association President
As a proud alumnus of JFK High School, I am truly honored and grateful to serve as your Alumni Association President. This role is not just a title it is a responsibility and a privilege. I carry the lessons, friendships, and memories formed at this school with me every single day. And I know many of you do as well.
These gathering reflects the strength of our shared legacy. From the classrooms where we first discovered our potential to the hallways where lifelong friendships were formed, JFK has always been more than just a school it has been a community, a foundation, and a launchpad for success. We come from different wal ks of life, but we are united by a common bond that time and distance cannot break , we are JFK Eagles.
Events like this are a reminder of what we can achieve when we come together. Whether it’s supporting current students, honoring those who came before us, or simply reconnecting with old friends, our presence here matters. It sends a powerful message that our school still matters and that we are committed to keeping its spirit alive for future generations.
I would like to thank every one of you for being part of this special celebration. Your support, energy, and love for JFK are what make this alum community so strong. Let’s continue to stay connected, support each other, and give back in any way we can.
Your membership means a great deal to us; your support helps keep our alumni active.
Together, we honor the past, celebrate the present, and invest in the future. With pride and gratitude,
Kermit Knight President, John F. Kennedy High School Alumni Association
Welcome from the Class President

To the esteemed graduates of the Class of 1975, we extend a warm welcome as we gather to commemorate our 50-year journey. This celebration, the result of extensivepreparation by your diligent class reunion committee, offers an opportunity for reflection and the sharing of cherished memories from the past five decades.
As you consider your experiences at John F. Kennedy high school, we invite you to express gratitude for the support and guidance provided by family, friends, teachers, coaches, and administrators. Their encouragement underscored the value of high school education and its role in preparing us for the complexities of life.
This is a great time to reflect on the variety of activities in which we participated—such as athletics, the glee club, band, drama club, and memorable moments spent in the senior lounge during lunch—serves as a reminder of the enjoyment and camaraderie that defined our high school years. These experiences fostered bonds of friendship, joy, and mutual support, forming relationships that have endured over time.
Looking back on life since graduation, we acknowledge both the challenges and achievements of the past 50 years. As a community, it is important that we continue to support one another, facilitating growth and resilience through difficult times.
As we celebrate this extraordinary milestone, let us raise a glass—to cherished memories, to enduring friendships, to those who are here and those who are forever in our hearts. To fifty years of shared journeys—and to the promise of many more to come.
Welcome back, dear friends. May this reunion rekindle old joys, spark new connections, and remind us of all the remarkable journeys we have shared.
