concept The concept of the design is focused for the satisfaction of the users as well as the tenants. Fully utilizing the area to give the users a whole new experience is the goal, because it offers an experience in which people rarely feel within Metro Manila, especially around the Taft area considering the maate area is full of buildings. The concept incorporates greenery within the design of the commercial building, allowing people to experience dining and the outdoors at the same time.
