WHAT IS THE GLOBAL FIRE EXPO The Global Fire Expo or GFE is the Premier Global Virtual Fire Industry Exhibition.

This is a brand new and innovative concept for our industry that will be launched in January 2022.

The Global Fire Expo provides the unique opportunity for Fire Professionals around the world to obtain the latest Industry Product & Technical information on demand and at the click of a button without the inconvenience and cost of travel and time away from their workplace.

One of the key advantages of The Global Fire Expo is that it is open 365 days a year - 7 days a week - 24 hours a day, - eliminating any time zone access issues.

how much does it cost?

There is no upfront fee to join Global Fire Expo, you only pay for leads generated in the preceding month – Cost Per Interaction (CPI).

Each unique interaction with your booth will cost only

£0.45p GBP – $0.60 USD - €0.55 Euro (Per Interaction)

This is broadly similar to the google model of only paying when someone clicks on your ad, but is an enhanced version as each time a visitor clicks on any element of your booth, it is tracked, logged and the visitors details are delivered directly to you each month.

The Global Fire Expo Safeguarding Assurance includes Malicious Click Protection (MCP) so that if someone comes onto your booth and clicks on a banner or downloaded a document or video a 1000 times you will not be charged for those thousand interactions.

You are only billed for that months unique interactions.

Also we have the facility to cap the number of interactions that we deliver to you.

To ensure budget compliance you will have the option to set a maximum monthly budget cap, this cap ensures that you keep within your monthly budget cap but will limit the number of leads generated. The minimum monthly cap is pre agreed and part of your agreement This is not fixed and can be changed at any time during your 12 month agreement.

Full Platform and Ongoing Administrative Support

Each Exhibitor is given a Dedicated Account Manager to act as your Single Point Of Contact, to assist with the building and uploading of your booth, documents & video and to upload new documents etc throughout your entire agreement and to collate your leads each month at no cost.

Marketing and promotion

Our dedicated Marketing team will each month release to all registered visitors, all social media platforms and through our global media partners at the International Fire & Safety Journal, a Monthly Product News Update with all of the new products & exhibitors uploaded to the platform and a schedule for that months GFE Live Product Showcase & Dedicated Product Launch webinars.

This will continue to drive existing registered visitors to the platform and further extend the reach of The Global Fire Expo around the world to attract new visitors..

How long is the agreement

An exhibition booth package is offered and accepted on an annual renewable basis (12 complete months – each new completed booth is uploaded and live for the start of the following month)

auditorium in the global fire expo's auditorium, attendees can access the live and on-demand presentations at the click of a button, and view commercial presentations and product presentations. They will have access to a growing archive of on-demand presentations, with new presentations added each month during our gfe live days. on our gfe live days, attendees will be able to participate in live technical presentations from subject matter experts from around the world

gfe live

gfe live is a 1 day per month event where a series of live and on-demand product and technical presentations take place from subject matter experts.

it's also the time where the global fire expo platform moves from on-demand to live. We open up the networking so the global network of attendees can communicate with one another

this also provides the platform for exhibitors to contact attendees directly and vice versa. we offer the option of text message, call or video chat.

package enhancements a live 'showcase' webinar during gfe live By choosing to opt for one of our 'showcase' slots during a gfe live day, you will get the opportunity to deliver one of the only live presentations of that month. This will give attendees the option to ask you questions and directly participate in the discussion.

as one of our 'showcase' presenters, your company and branding will feature heavily on our preevent marketing material. the monthly showcases will be a prominent part of our marketing content and be highlighted across our social media, email and advertising campaigns. £2285:00 GBP (Maximum of two showcase presentations per month)
