ACHIEVE MORE WITH BOOST! BOOST is a comprehensive program designed to help you complete your associate degree on time with the support you need. From financial assistance to academic guidance, BOOST ensures you stay on track to graduate.

Financial Support & Benefits BOOST Provides Up to $1,400 Annually.

As a BOOST student, you’ll receive comprehensive support to include: Reduce or eliminate your tuition costs to as low as $0 Textbook Assistance: $600 per year Monthly Jaguar Stipend: $100 per month (up to $800 per year, contingent on success coach/advisor meetings) Dedicated Success Coach: To guide you from entry to graduation Early Course Registration Options Cohort Activities: Social events, career exploration, and transfer activities Tutoring and other support services

Program Expectations & Eligibility Criteria What Do You Need to Do? To stay on track with BOOST, you’ll need to meet the following expectations: Maintain full-time status (12+ credits each semester) Enroll in summer courses if needed to complete 24 credits per year Meet with your Boost Success Coach twice a month.

Participate in academic and career development activities at least once a month Follow your Boost success coach’s course schedules and degree maps Complete the FAFSA each year Commit to graduating within 3 years

Am I Eligible for BOOST? You may qualify for BOOST if you: Are a U.S. North Carolina resident eligible for in-state tuition, according to the NC Residency Determination Service (RDS) Have a high school diploma or equivalency when you enter the program (not open to dual-enrollment students) Receive the NextNC Scholarship Can complete college-level math and English within the first year Have no more than 24 program applicable college credits earned or in progress when you are accepted into the BOOST program Are enrolled in an eligible program Commit to completing at least 24 credits per year (fall, spring, summer)
