Graduate Reminders
Graduate Arrival time is 5 PM. Doors open to the auditorium for guests at 5pm as well. Graduation will begin at 6:00 PM.
All graduates need to report to the Health Science building. Please bring minimal items inside with you as there will be no secure place to store personal belongings during the ceremony.
Dress Code
• Dress attire under the robe, dark clothing preferred.
• Shoes need to be comfortable but dressy. If wearing heels, please make sure you are comfortable walking and standing in them, especially up and down stairs.
• Decoration on the cap is allowed, but must be flat and may not obstruct the view of anyone sitting behind you.
Reminders for Your Guests
There are no tickets required for this event. However, it will be crowded; we expect a full house. Ushers inside the auditorium will direct people to sit in all open seats. No seats will be allowed to be saved 15 minutes prior to the beginning of the graduation ceremony. Seating is first come, first serve.
There will be a livestream viewing area onsite in the event that some guests arrive late or seating in the auditorium fills. We will have at least 50 seats available for onsite livestream.
There is some accessible seating that can be reserved in advance by speaking with our Accessibility Coordinator, Bruce Pomeroy. While we will try to accommodate all needs, persons with accessibility concerns might possibly have to be separated from the rest of their party.
