It features seven dining options, an upscale food market, and state-of-the-art office spaces, with the event venue set to host various events, concerts, and social gatherings.

It includes a corporate conference center, a restaurant, and a second-story pool overlooking the lake The project design was done in collaboration with MCS Architects

The newly constructed dual-branded Holiday Inn Express & Suites and Indigo hotels in downtown Austin rise 13 stories and offer 260 rooms, including 65 suites. The design integrates facilities and parking into a cohesive, puzzle-like structure Situated on Red River Street near the University of Texas campus and the Texas Capitol, the building's massing is influenced by its proximity to the Capitol, resulting in a podium that houses the pool deck, fitness center, and recreational spaces Due to the steep terrain of the site, the entry for the Holiday Inn Express is two stories higher than the entry for the Indigo

This hotel study examines a site on McCue Street in Houston's Galleria/Uptown, featuring 200 rooms/suites, a restaurant, a ballroom, and a parking garage The hotel design, inspired by New York City's Art Deco skyscrapers, merges classic and modern aesthetics to offer luxury and sophistication while catering to guest and event needs in the upscale neighborhood
JEDDAH HILTON Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
The Jeddah Hilton is a 300-room atrium hotel located on Cornice Road, featuring a ballroom, events center, and 25,000 square feet of conference space. It includes three restaurants, a 10,000-square-foot wedding hall, and a mosque. Owned by a royal family member, it offers views of the Red Sea and iconic fountain, with a design that blends modern and Turkish influences 75% of the rooms have sea views, and there's a rooftop restaurant for panoramic vistas.

This beachfront hotel in Hainan reflects the modern evolution of Sanya, a former fishing village turned global resort in two decades Located near seafood restaurants and the scenic corniche road, the project comprises an 11-story hotel and conference center with 175 rooms and a 17-story condominium tower with 95 units. Its curved design maximizes views of the South China Sea, featuring retail spaces and restaurants, with units and hotel rooms overlooking landscaped courtyards

Located on the outskirts of Shanghai, China, on a natural lake preserve, the facility is part of a larger residential and mixed-use area. It includes a theater, ballroom, events center, and villas, along with four restaurants, indoor and outdoor pools, and individual residential cabins serviced by the hotel

The schematic design concept for a resort hotel includes over 200 keys and two levels of residential suites, featuring SI branding in areas like the lobby, lounge, and restaurants It boasts an exclusive members-only restaurant on the hotel tower's top, and amenities connect to a Family Entertainment Center (FEC) with interactive games. The hotel also includes a 110,000square-foot indoor waterpark, a 5-acre swimming lagoon, and two pools one indoor/outdoor and another with a swim-up bar Parking is available beneath the hotel and in a 1,400-car garage at the development's north end

The Embassy Suites Energy Corridor for Mac Haik Interests is situated between Energy Tower Two and Three in West Houston. To maximize the limited space, the hotel was extended upwards and shares parking with neighboring offices Despite the constrained location, the design includes a grand three-story lobby and features 225 suites Amenities include a full dining room, fitness facility, and rooftop pool The project was designed in partnership with MCS Architects.

The Madinah Hilton is a 250-room atrium hotel near the Grand Mosque in Madinah, Saudi Arabia. It caters to pilgrims and is part of the Central Madinah urban renewal, located on the main processional plaza for Hajj, with many rooms offering views of the plaza crowds.

The W Hotel Study is a test fit for a compact site in Houston's Galleria area, aiming to create a private luxury resort atmosphere with a bold design reflecting the "W" brand It features 245 rooms/suites, 175 residences, a smaller ballroom for events, a theatre, and an aerial pool on the 18th level offering stunning views, along with a two-level restaurant amenity center.

The project aims to create a luxurious all-suite hotel in southeastern downtown, featuring 260 suites, a rooftop pool terrace, and a club room with panoramic views Designed in Art Deco style with a stone and stucco color scheme, the 20story hotel is located near Discovery Green, providing easy access to amenities. It includes onsite restaurants and over 6,000 square feet of conference facilities, developed in collaboration with MCS Architects

The Panipat Westin Hotel is part of a larger retail mall and mixed-use center that includes community meeting rooms and a movie theatre, creating a dynamic environment Located near Panipat City in Haryana Province on a major road between Chandigarh and New Delhi, the hotel features 210 rooms/suites It includes a small ballroom for regional events and a rooftop restaurant/café that offers views of New Delhi to the south.

This development in Manesar, India was a mixeduse, office, hotel and outdoor retail development that was organized around numerous shaded outdoor spaces and ringed by the hotel and office buildings The master plan is designed to be relatable and inventive as an organically grown small town or city to the 250-room Radisson Hotel and is the principal focus of the development as one enters the property.

The Galleria/Uptown district in Houston plans a 46-story tower to enhance the area with hotel, restaurant, and office spaces The design features distinct entries for hotel, ballroom, and office functions, with a four-level base. The structure will include a 250-room hotel atop a 700,000 square foot office building, featuring restaurants at both the top and base, in collaboration with MCS.
