You’re in!
1. Check out jwuLink.
On jwuLink, you can easily access your admissions portal, chat with peers in our accepted student group and complete admissions and financial aid to-do lists. Once you enroll at JWU, jwuLink will connect you to your Wildcat email account, New Student Orientation registration and so much more.
Hint: You can log in using the same credentials as your admissions portal. Check your email for login info.
2. Secure your spot in JWU’s incoming class. Log in to your admissions portal to accept our offer of admission and submit the $300 deposit.
3. Make sure your Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) is filed. We need this to make decisions about financial aid based on your needs! If you haven’t yet filed, go to fafsa.gov and create an FSA ID; make sure each parent or guardian creates one, too.
When you’re invited to list the colleges your information is shared with, use school code 003404 for Johnson & Wales University.
The sooner you complete your FAFSA, the sooner we can award financial aid! Plus, there’s a benefit to filing ASAP: If you complete your FAFSA by February 1, 2026, you’ll be eligible for a $1,000 JWU Early FAFSA Award from JWU!
See how you can pay for college and search for scholarship and grant opportunities at jwu.edu/payingforcollege.
4. Connect with your financial planner.
As an admitted student, you have a dedicated financial planner to help navigate financial aid and paying for college. Find your planner at jwu.edu/financial-services-team.
5. Celebrate your acceptance! Register for an Accepted Students Day.
You and your family are invited to attend JWU’s Accepted Students Day! We’ll share RSVP details this spring.
Can’t make it to this event? Accepted students are welcome to tour our campus anytime! Go to jwu.edu/visit to see all upcoming visit opportunities.

Add some Wildcat pride to your laptop, water bottle or wherever you like to place cool stickers.
