In just three years since 2007, we have fast-tracked into a full force of 30 core agents and are continually growing. The epitome of synergy and prestige, we are now multi-marketing 9 projects that feature 457 new units and striving to hit higher targets. For the past 3 years, we have completed 28 projects and are reputable for establishing the trust of strategic partners like developers and co-brokers through our remarkable performance. To name a few, the stellar list of projects under our belt is the Espira, Pristine Heights, Palm Galleria and Penaga Place.

We owe our success to a dynamic model that emphasizes on team work, discipline, integrity and perseverance. This enables us to market our projects at a uniform selling price amongst all our agents. In addition, we provide a commission system of 1 to 2% for our co-brokers.

Our performance over the last 3 years has further strengthened the trust and confidence we have gained from our strategic partners – developers and co-brokers. Moving forward, our strategic next step is to expand and formalise the Networking Marketing System.
