How to use the Condense your file in QuickBooks?
You can easily condense your large files if it is taking too much space without any data damage through condense data utility of QuickBooks. It can be done in a few easy steps, as provided below:
1. Go to the ‘File’ menu and then reach the ‘Utilities’ section.

2. Click on the ‘Condense Data command’ option.
3. You can select the option to remove the audit trail info till date or choose to remove individual transactions.
4. If you choose to remove the transactions, then click on the ‘Transactions’ option besides the date button.
5. Press the ‘Remove transactions’ button.
6. Click on the ‘Next’ option after selecting the transaction.
7. Choose how to condense inventory transaction.
8. Specify if you want list cleanup.
9. Click on ‘Next’ after every selection.
10. Press the ‘Start condense’ repair and back up the file when prompted.
