What to do if QuickBooks closes unexpectedly?

If your QuickBooks closes unexpectedly, you can perform the following steps on your pc and eliminate the error quickly.

Solution 1: Use a different QuickBooks user

Go to the company and select set up users and passwords. Opt for setup users.

Head to the enterprise users> corporate menu, click users, and then pick set up users and roles. Click next after selecting Add Users and entering the username and password.

Note that you should not use the faulty user name.

When finished, click the finish button.

Move to file and choose the close company/log off.

Use your new login information to access the company file.

Please remove the faulty user if the new one is functioning well.
