1. At first, sign in your online banking using your Internet browser.
2. Now, in .QBO file format, click on the “Date Range and all transaction file.”

3. Login to your QuickBooks Online account and click Banking option from the Banking tab using your default browser.
4. Navigate Update option and choose File Upload.
5. If you are connecting the account for the first time, then click on Upload Transactions Manually.
6. After that click Browse, select the downloaded File and then click the Next button.
7. From QuickBooks Account option, select the account on which you want to upload all the essential data.
8. Click Add New to set up a new account and then click the Gear icon.
