3.Once you save the key information, create a new file and assign the accurate name to it.

Method 3 - Settle the error code 179 by updating your bank in QuickBooks
1.Open and run the QuickBooks application and then go to the tools tab to click on the online center option.
2.Go to the financial institution to select and click on the choice you wish to prefer, followed by pressing the Ctrl + F3 keys.
3.Now, move to the online Center option and click on the contact info option.
Continue and refresh the financial institution to find out if the profile info is displaying on the screen.
4.Here, you have to update the QuickBooks application by clicking on the update/ send option. If you are asked to enter the password, type in the same, and update your bank. Lastly, check if the error is still there or not.
