• Right-click on the Inbound Rules option and tap New Rule.

• Single-click the Port option and hit Next.

• Between the two UDP & TCP options in the next window, choose TCP.

• Click on the Specific local ports & select the required ports alongside the list of QB versions given below-

1. QuickBooks Desktop 2017:8019, 56727, 55373-55377

2. QuickBooks Desktop 2018:8019,56728,55378-55382

3. QuickBooks Desktop 2019:8019, XXXXX

4. QuickBooks Desktop 2020 and recent:8019, XXXXX.

• Tap Next after selecting the port and click Allow the connection.

• Select Next and create a new rule with any name.

• Click Finish.

• Select Outbound Rules in place of Inbound Rules in the third step and repeat all the steps.
