Solution 1- Repair the damaged company file with the help of Verify and Rebuild utility

The next time you run QuickBooks and try accessing the file, you’ll see these error codes on your screen. You’ll have to repair the company file to make it readable for the software once again. 1. Start QuickBooks and go to the File menu on the top.

2. Tap Utilities in the options list and click on Rebuild data.

3. A dialogue box will pop up asking to create a backup first. If you haven’t backed up your data recently, tap Yes to create the backup file.

4. After rebuilding the data, go to Utilities again and select Verify Data.
