Knowing when to push.
I’ve lived in the D.C. metro area since 1986 first as a tenant and then an owner in the city and since then as an owner in Arlington.
My communication. My communication skills - verbal and written - are cited by clients as one of my best assets. We keep talking until this real estate stuff makes sense.
I dissect the issue, consider alternatives and their impacts, and propose solutions. If they’re not right, I keep at it until it’s done.
As a second generation American and with degrees in international relations, I have a unique ability to appreciate different cultures and points of view.
Knowing when to push, when to pull, or when to stand still is one thing I’ve learned from being with my partner for almost 25 years. I use that skill often.

Gardening is my favorite hobby, especially with native plans to support birds and insects. Credit goes to my mother and my grandfather.
Humor and laughter are some of the tools I use to help you maintain balance and perspective during the transaction. I try not to let things get too heavy!
