1825 Adult Day Care Center Office
1825 Beverly Blvd, Los Angeles 90057
This project involved a 6,656-square-foot addition to an existing Adult Day Care Center, along with exterior renovations to the existing building to create a cohesive architectural identity between the new and existing structures. Although the project is currently on hold, my role included handling the LADWP encroachment application, as well as concept design, design development, plan drafting, and elevation design. A key part of my contribution was developing a design language that visually connected the new addition to the existing building. This included the addition’s design and the existing building’s facade renovation design. Deliverables included as-built drawings and renderings that supported the design process and communicated the design intent clearly. Final deliverables were prepared for city approval.

EK LIVE & WORK APARTMENT
1115 Crenshaw Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90019
This project involved the design of a 10,422-square-foot Live & Work Apartment development. My role included concept design, zoning studies, lot tie and termination procedures, the LADWP encroachment application, highway dedication, unit planning, first and second floor plans, and elevation design. Deliverables included renderings, a 3D printed physical model, and detailed s ections that supported the design process and communicated the design intent clearly. A key part of my contribution was developing the project through both design and site coordination requirements from the early stages onward. The physical model was especially well received by the client, who commented on its quality and expressed interest in keeping it.
