God's Garden God looked around his garden And found an empty place, He then looked down upon the earth And saw your tired face. He put his arms around you And lifted you to rest. God's garden must be beautiful He always takes the best. He knew that you were suffering He knew you were in pain. He knew that you would never Get well on earth again. He saw the road was getting rough And the hills were hard to climb. So he closed your weary eyelids And whispered, "Peace bethine". It broke our hearts to lose you But you didn't go alone, For part of us went with you The day God called you home.

Daughter

I have only just lost you; the pain is hard to bear. Do I have to go through life knowing you're not there? Please, someone explain to me why he had to go. Are there any reasons I really need to know? I sit here and remember all the lovely times we shared, the talks, the laughter, of everyone you cared. I am told the pain will ease in time and I will think of him without a tear, but that will be impossible as I need to have him here. He was my very world, my ever guiding star.. Just kiss me softly on the cheek and tell me where you are.

I know it hurt you It hurt me too, But now that you are gone, All I know is that I miss you. I might be selfish, But I wish you were still here. I know that you loved us dearly I still love you So, I’m trying my best Just for you. I know I’m not perfect I never will be, But I hope that you are up there Being proud of me. There’s not a day I don’t think of you And how you were so strong So, I just want to tell you, I will try to be strong Even though you are gone.

Mom & Dad There is a special Angel in Heaven that is part of me. It is not where we wanted him but where God wanted him to be. He was here but just a moment like a night time shooting star. And though he is in Heaven he isn't very far. He touched the heart of many like only an Angel can do. So we send this special message to the Heaven up above. Please take care of our Angel and send him all our love.

Grandchildren Our Pawpaw Kept A Garden Our Pawpaw kept a garden. A garden of the heart; He planted all the good things, That gave our lives their start. He turned us to the sunshine, And encouraged us to dream: Fostering and nurturing The seeds of self-esteem. And when the winds and rain came, He protected us enough; But not too much because he knew We would stand up strong and tough. His constant good example, Always taught us right from wrong; Markers for our pathway that will last

a lifetime long. We are our Pawpaw’s garden, We are his legacy. Thank you Pawpaw we love you..

Siblings BROTHER When God calls home a loved one The pain is hard to bear But angels they are needed In heaven everywhere But he took a special angel To sit there by his side One to trust and cherish To talk to and confide For angels are a blessing In gods loving, caring hands Although we will always miss you It’s he who understands We know you’re here beside us We will never feel alone With an angel now to guide us Since the good Lord took you home.
