4. Any person found damaging park equipment, gardens, trees or lawns will be prosecuted. All damage to cabins or vans must be paid for by tenant.

5. Undue noise in any form is not permitted. All noise must cease by 10pm.

8. Pets permitted for tourist park guests only. All pets must be kept on leash at all times and cleaned up after. No pets allowed in cabins. Permanents not permitted to have pets.

9. All rent to be paid on due date and 2 weeks in advance.

Failure to do so will lead to eviction.

10. No refunds for early departure. Please be sure of bookings.

11. No Smoking indoors at all please.

7. Residents are responsible for their visitors at all times.

All visitors must report to office before entry to park.

Visitors curfew is 1 hour limit at any one time. Any person staying after this time limit will be asked to pay a fee of $4.00 per adult and $2.00 per child. No visitor after 8pm unless prior arrangements are made before visitors are allowed to stay overnight.

6. Pool is for paying residents only. No visitors allowed in the pool at anytime. Children under the age of 15 years of age must be accompanied by an adult at all times. All swimmers must wear appropriate swimwear. Pool closed 9pm–8am.

3. Parents are responsible at all times for their childrens behaviour and they must be accompanied by a parent in amenities, playground and all park areas at all times.
