If relaxing is your thing, simply walk from our park to the beautiful foreshore of Geographe Bay and watch the kids play in the sand.
Stroll through the Busselton shopping district for that something unique to remember Busselton by. With two major shopping centres, plus a wide range of boutique and specialty stores, and many restaurants and cafes there is sure to be something to please even the most discerning shopper.

Busselton is home to the longest wooden jetty in the southern hemisphere. Take a walk out on the jetty and view the spectacular underwater marine life.
The entire region is renowned for its wineries. Why not explore the many wineries of the district or have a meal at any of the award winning restaurants.

Our beautifully maintained park is perfect for your family holiday in the South West. Direct beach access, family games room, playground, swimming pool, security gate, BBQ facilities and plenty of shade beneath the magnificent Peppermint trees, which provide a home for our birds and possums. We provide Free Wifi and there is a dump site available.
At the end of your day, simply come home to Busselton Villas and Caravan Park, relax under the shady Peppermint trees and plan for tomorrow.

• Speed Limit in Park 8 kmh • One car one tent per site • All Visitor cars in parking area near office • Overnight stays or showers by Visitors to be paid for • Parents – please remember your children are your responsibility • Children under 12 years to be accompanied to toilets and showers at all times • Children riding bikes, skate boards, scooters, do so at their own risk. Helmets must be worn • Dogs by arrangement only - not permitted in peak season. Visitor dogs are not permitted • Owners are responsible for their dogs • Dogs must be on a lead at all times and Owners must clean up after their dog • Your equipment and belongings are your responsibility • Cars, boats and vans not to be washed on Park • Fires not permitted. Fire hoses only to be used in a fire situation • No smoking in Villas or shared amenities • No dumping of waste in ablutions • Swimming Pool – all children under 12 years must be supervised in the pool area • Pool Open: 8.30am – 7.00pm • No refunds on early departure • Please refer to compendium in Villa or Notice Board in recreation room for detailed conditions Please Note: Check Out @ 10.00am I Quiet Time is 10.00pm in consideration of all patrons of the Park All of the above are to ensure your stay is enjoyable and safe.
