Located in College Station, home to Texas A&M University, this project is anchored by a 106,000 square foot HEB store and includes approximately 50,000 square feet of village-style retail space, a 40,000 square foot secondary anchor, 8 pad sites, up to 600 student-oriented multifamily units, and a 120-room select service hotel site.
Joeris constructed five retail shell buildings totaling 47,250 SF, built the pad for the HEB grocery store, and all site development.
