I'm a freelance writer interested in telling compelling stories, from discovering and highlighting business and lifestyle trends, to creating content to help organizations promote their visions. I've primarily focused on real estate development, finance and fundamentals for 27 years - the last 21 as a freelancer after leaving the Kansas City Star - and have written for numerous publications including The New York Times, Barron's, Investor's Business Daily, France Media, National Real Estate Investor and Urban Land Magazine. I've covered technology, healthcare and small company capital raising and regulatory trends for a handful of newsletters. I've also provided ghostwritten white papers and articles for companies and professional societies.
