BEFORE INSTALLING • CURRENT MATTRESS - Install the correct Kit for your CURRENT MATTRESS. Bedlift kits are size and weight specific. • GAS SPRINGS - CANNOT BE COMPRESSED and WILL NOT RETRACT without the mattress and all bedding in place. • OPERATING - NEVER use excessive force to operate the Bedlift. Always raise and lower the bed from the center

ADJUSTING

Lower Mounting Bracket Position lower bracket on top rail Additional wood blocking may be required

Pre-drill several holes - temporarily install Lower Bracket with 5/8” screws at top rail of bed

Upper Mounting Block & Bracket Attach the cylinder end of the springs to the ball stud on the bracket / block assemblies and rotate assemblies into position against the bottom of both sides of the bed Mark the block locations Disconnect the springs from the block assembly - see Step 12 Attach rod end of spring to lower bracket

Temporarily attach angle bracket to the center of the wood block with two 5/8” screws provided
