Design process
Every Design sector has its own approach, technics and ways of working, however there are some methods in common between all these creative processes. We can divide them into four steps: Discover - Define - Develop - Deliver . In all creative processes, several possible ideas are created, (divergent thinking) before refining and focusing on the best idea (convergent thinking). A diamond shape is a simple visual map of this design process. The Double Diamond indicates that this happens twice – once to confirm the problem definition and once to create the solution. The creative process is iterative, this means that ideas are developed, tested and refined a a certain number of times in order to discover the most interesting solutions.

Weather constraints are any form of bad weather including storms, hurricane, blizzard, rain, extreme winds, sand, dust, heat and coldness, fog, snow, frost.
Human constraints are any form of harm caused by humans or to humans including vandalism, theft, hacking, power outage, falling from mounting point.
Production constraints are any constraints related to cost of production and manufacturing process.
Regulation constraints are any type of regulation which enforce specific features: materials, use, local policies, urban planning.
INSTALLATION The device is installed on existing and available poles such as street lights or traffic lights. The sensor camera has its own field of vision. The horizontal and vertical positions have to be properly determined in order to set and to respect a right position for the viewing angle of the camera.

VIBRATING SANDER Project: To To recreate a BOSCH product with Project: recreate a BOSCH product with Braun’s graphic codes. Braun’s graphic codes. Duration: Project carried 4outmonths with Clément Lemiere.
18
Project carried out with- Clément Visual identity - Branding SketchingLemiere. - Crafting - User - Polyurethane foam Photography
19
Research focused on: Keeping the use simple Ergonomics User comfort Shapes’ balances, harmonies and colors to keep the Braun visual identity
The context of this project was a retro-futurist scenario. The goal was to recreate a BOSCH product with Braun’s graphic codes and with the principles of its famous designer of the 60’s, Dieter Rams. We had to keep the shapes and its use as simple as possible. We focused on the ergonomics, user comfort and accurate use. We also made an effort on the shapes’ balances, harmonies and colors to keep the visual identity of the brand Braun. We put an accent on the intuitive use of the tool, the handle and the buttons which allow the user to get plenty of possibilities and always keeping the work surface visible. The materials were chosen to offer the highest comfort to the user such as soft plastic for the part in touch with the user.
