Whether you want to create an intimate setting or host a large group, EIGENTIJDSERF offers attractive and versatile spaces for groups of 2 to 300 people All our rooms feature plenty of natural light and are equipped with modern audio-visual facilities. Your guests can also park for free in our spacious parking lot and use our Wi-Fi network.

A tailor-made proposal

We offer a range of meeting packages as a starting point for your business event. Whether you’re planning a small group gathering, a large event, or a brief meeting, we’ll create a custom quote for you.

Fair & Flavorful food

For lunch and dinner, we serve a healthy buffet featuring a variety of fresh, sustainable products. We use products from local suppliers and from our own vegetable garden as much as possible. This way, you not only get to taste the flavours of the region, but you also support sustainable and fair production.

A suitable room is included If you wish to use a specific or larger room, a surcharge applies depending on the room capacity and group size

Did you know that from April through October, you can enjoy lunch in our vegetable garden? For groups of 3 to 15 people, we’ll set a cosy table outdoors. Discuss the options and prices when booking your event!

Breakout rooms

Our breakout rooms offer a versatile space for every need. Use them for spontaneous brainstorming sessions, quiet preparation, or to reflect in silence. They’re also perfect for taking a break from work. After a training session, workshop, yoga class, or walk, stop by one of our coffee corners. During an event, fresh fruit is available in the room; you can also choose an extra (vegan) "worstenbroodje" or an energy bar from our own kitchen. Ask about our “guilty chocolate pleasures” such as peanut butter rolls, banana bread, or fruit with chocolate sauce.

A 3-course daily menu featuring local ingredients.

Stay the night

The natural surroundings and fresh outdoor air create a relaxed atmosphere and ensure a good night’s sleep. With 69 bedrooms, we can accommodate large groups of up to 114 people. Whether you’re traveling alone or with a group, we always have a suitable option.

Heading home

Offer your guests a road trip snack pack with a delicious sandwich, candy bar, one piece of fresh fruit, and a bottle of water, or opt for a more substantial packed lunch.

TASTY BREAKS

Avoid that afternoon slump! Surprise your guests with a tasty break. During your meeting, brainstorming session, workshop or other event, it’s important to stay mentally alert and active.

Whether you opt for a refreshing fruit-infused water, a healthy apple pie, falafel balls with a fresh fennel salad, or a unique snack from our own vegetable garden - everything is designed to offer you and all our guests a delicious and mindful experience.

OUTDOOR MEETINGS

Take your meetings into nature with our fully equipped outdoor meeting kit. Choose an inspiring location and create your own meeting space with our fully equipped garden wagon, including chairs, flip-over, coffee, tea, water, and a sweet treat.

Your garden wagon will be filled with a healthy and delicious lunch. Too cold? An indoor space is always available. The surcharge is €75 per day, and this option must always be booked in combination with a meeting package. Maximum of 12 people

ENJOY IN THE TIPI TENT

Back to the basics for the ultimate feeling of freedom and nature?

Choose the Tipi Tent from EIGENTIJDSERF for you next meeting space. The tent is surrounded by beautiful nature. Sink comfortably into sheepskins around the fire pit or take a seat outside for a delicious lunch* in the nature. (Lunch is possible from april till oktober).

The Tipi tent can only be booked as part of a meeting package. The tent is fire-safe. Suitable for 8 to 15 people.

Thanks to all our guests at EIGENTIJDSERF and the guests at Landgoed Huize Bergen, we are able to support various causes each year through the Joannes Bosco Foundation.

In doing so, the foundation deliberately chooses projects aimed at supporting the development of young people in Brabant who could do with ‘a helping hand’.
