Designed to be used by all ages, this modular seating is also able to be presentation stands, display units, and tables. There are 3 modules creating many possible combinations and seating/display arrangments based on specific events. They are also design to be built from a standard 4’x8’ sheet of wood to waste less material

•The portals are precast concrete members that are responsible for supporting the towers vertical loads.
•The portal and core support both the floor and stairs.

•The core helps the lateral loads that are transferered from the walls to the floors to the core.
