Launched from initial investments by Mark and Kimbra Walter, we created a unique funding model where we invest in a diverse portfolio of commercial companies that share our vision and values, then use the earned revenues to reinvest in young people.

1. We established ownership stakes in our portfolio companies,

CFI Partners and Cleveland Avenue.

2. They return a portion of net income to fund our programming model.

3. Which nurtures, develops, and supports our pipeline of exceptional human capital.
