Water-based, non-hydrofluoric acid-detergent cleaner. VOC compliant. Less than 1.0% volatile organic compounds. Removes efflorescence, laitance, metal and mineral oxide stains, excess mortar, mold, mildew, dirt and biological stains. Can be used to clean and etch concrete surfaces prior to coatings and overlays. Non-toxic and readily biodegradable in both water and soil, with no expected accumulation. Multi-Surface compatible. Can be used on concrete, masonry, stone, mortar, tile, wood and more.

DESCRIPTION: Foxfire Multi-Clean™ is a VOC-compliant, nonhydrofluoric, multi-use acid-detergent. Foxfire Multi-Clean™ is formulated to remove efflorescence, laitance, mineral deposits, metal oxide stains, excess mortar, construction contaminants and other stains (mold, biological, food). Foxfire Multi-Clean™ can also be used to clean and etch concrete surfaces prior to coatings and overlays. PRIMARY APPLICATIONS: Foxfire Multi-Clean™ can be used on a variety of surfaces, including, but not limited to, concrete, masonry, limestone, precast, sandstone, exposed aggregate, granite, unpolished marble, synthetic stone, terrazzo, anodized aluminum, EIFS, stainless steel, and roofs. It is safe to use on glass when used correctly. LIMITATIONS: Do not dilute. Always perform test pattern prior to use on surface. Foxfire Multi-Clean™ is a surface cleaner and is not designed to penetrate deep into surfaces. Do not allow solution to dry on surfaces. Multiple applications may lighten mortar. May not be suitable for cleaning buff colored brick, stone, or tile with metallic additives. Do not use on polished marble, glazed surfaces, copper, brass, or bronze. Read SDS before use. Use only in a very well-ventilated area and be aware that dangerous or even deadly chemical reactions may occur when the acid in this product mixes with or comes into contact with other chemicals, such as chlorine bleach or chlorine salts. NEVER MIX WITH ANY OTHER CLEANER OR CHEMICAL. Avoid breathing of vapor or spray mist. Use eye protection; minimize skin contact by wearing gloves and protective clothing. Use NIOSH cartridge mask. APPLICATION PRECAUTIONS: Read label, technical data sheet and safety data sheet prior to use. Do not dilute. Always test, in an inconspicuous area, to determine the suitability of the product for the intended use. Fully protect all adjacent and surrounding surfaces, foliage, vegetation, surrounding buildings, polished marble, copper, brass, bronze, metal, glass and painted surfaces during the cleaning process. Cover landscaping and continuously wet foliage with water before and during the cleaning process. Divert traffic or block area if needed. Product should be applied when surface and air temperatures are 40° F or above. If freezing has occurred, allow the substrate to thaw completely before application. Caulking and sealants should be in place and cured prior to cleaning. Use on new brick or tile surfaces 7-28 days after installation for best results. Mortar or grout smears left longer than one month are difficult to clean. Do NOT allow cleaner to dry on surfaces. Keep container closed when not in use. APPLICATION: Mechanically remove as much buildup as possible prior to application. If applying in high temperatures, or in direct sunlight, prewet the surface. Apply cleaner liberally with a lowpressure (25-50 psi) acid-resistant sprayer or a masonry washing brush. Let product work on surface for 5-10 minutes. Using a stiff
