The official start of the League year is always an exciting time. Whether you are entering your 30th year or your 1st as a member, there is always a freshness that comes from the start of a new year. Developing a multi-year community impact plan will help us to focus our effort on the community now and develop a plan for our celebration year. The Holiday Shoppes continues to be a profitable fundraiser for the JLS and it is important to appreciate the success of that event. However, it is mindful to continue to explore additional fundraising efforts in order to increase resources and diversify funding. Building upon the success last year, the wine pull event will be improved to maximize revenue and profit. The goal of this Continued On Page 2
