models, made of paper and paste, provided inspiration for an approach to our team’s redesign of Boone Municipal Airport. the idea of a column and ribbon from these models, as well as the themes of veiling and atmospheric response from Miralles’ Olympic Archery Range undergirded our site plan and massing form for a reimagined municipal airport.
