Can we bring guests to Winter Escape?
You may bring a boyfriend, associate, or nanny, however friends and child guests are not permitted
When does registration close?
November 13, 2024
When do I have to pay?
25% of your invoice will be due on December 16, 2024, and the balance is due January 15, 2025.
Does the Water Park cost extra?
No! All Kalahari room reservations include up to 4 wrist bands for entry to the water park for the duration of your stay.

Is there discounted pricing?
Yes! Our room block has double bed rooms available at $199 per night plus tax. Resort fees are waived when using our room block link.

Will childcare be provided?
No, mothers are required to stay with their children except during group activities such as the Teen Kickback, Teen Bowling Night, and Kids Movie. Members of the Winter Escape Committee and other volunteers will be available to assist watching the kids during the Arcade night activities.

Cascade Mountain
On Sunday, we will head to the slopes of Cascade Mountain for ski activities. The Winter Escape Committee will secure all lift tickets and rental equipment passes that were added during registration If you don’t register for ski activities but change your mind, you can always purchase lift tickets on your own by visiting Cascade’s website. However these must still be prepurchased in advance since it is a holiday weekend.
Also, if you are interested in signing up for ski lessons, you can sign up on your own. You can also secure Snow Tubing tickets on your own. Tubing ticket pre-purchase is required for every tubing session.
Worked up an appetite on the slopes? Cascade Mountain has many dining options but is cashless so remember to bring a credit card or electronic payment.
