May Sales Break All-Time High in Last 6 Months The John’s Island Real Estate market continues to heat up throughout 2014. As of May, John’s Island Real Estate has 38 pending sales, surpassing our all-time record high set in November 2013 with 31 pending sales.

Our year-to-date numbers are significantly healthier, with 55 closed sales and 36 pending sales, by the first week in June. Last year at this time, John’s Island Real Estate had 30 closed sales with a mere 14 pending sales.
