As of August 1, John’s Island Real Estate Company has already surpassed our total sales from last year, making 2017 our best year ever! Between January and August there have been 95 single family home, condominium, and homesite sales compared to 73 for the same time period last year. It comes as no surprise that the most notable high-end sales have been oceanfront and riverfront homes. Year to date, we’ve sold nine waterfront properties over $5M, up from five properties last year. Based on daily inquiries and web search analytics, there is pent up demand with no shortage of potential buyers.
