What Is This Guide For?

This guide is for the JINGOLI-DCO family of companies to understand how to utilize the Marketing Repository and submit Marketing Requests. This guide will help you understand how to navigate the Marketing Repository and Marketing Request process.

WHAT TO KNOW: SharePoint: Organizations use Microsoft SharePoint to create websites. You can use it as a secure place to store, organize, share, and access information from any device. All you need is a web browser, such as Microsoft Edge, Internet Explorer, Chrome, or Firefox.

Marketing Requests: JINGOLI-DCO family of companies is required to submit all marketing requests digitally. These requests are made through our ticketing system in the I.T./Marketing portal. All Marketing Requests have to be made digitally, emails are not accepted and will not be processed.

Marketing Repository: The Marketing Repository is the name of the Marketing SharePoint portal where all employees will have access to frequently asked for items.

For example, these items would include letterhead, logos, or email signatures. You can find all these items in one place for easy access. Please do not request these types of items via email as they are accessible via the Marketing Repository. However, if you do not see what you need please place a marketing request.

We are committed to making continuous improvements to the marketing department. Please keep this book on hand to make sure you know how to succeed in requesting all your Marketing Requests and accessing essential items in the Marketing Repository.

How to Access Marketing From Human Resources Portal

You can access the Marketing Resources from the Human Resources Portal here by copy and pasting into your browser: HT TPS://JINGOLIDCO.VISTAHRMS. COM/PDS/LOGIN/LOGIN.ASPX Please follow these steps as a tutorial to understand how to acess Marketing from the Human Resources portal.

Step 1: Click on the link provided to go to the HR login in portal. Please use your normal login credentials in the following spaces and click Login. This will be the same credentials you use to login for your email.

Step 2: There are three links underneath the marketing section. This following section will describe where each will take you.

Section of Submit a Marketing Request: The first link will take you to the direct request submission. If you click the first button, you will go to submitting a direct marketing request.

Section of Marketing Repository: The second link you click will take you to the Market Repository where you can find a catalogue of all commonly requested marketing materials. ex. logos or letterhead.

Section of IT/Marketing Service Portal: The third link you can click will take you to the total service portal for Marketing. By clicking the block on the left side you can go to all Marketing Service options.

How to Place A Marketing Request

How to Place a Marketing Request: You have to place all Marketing Requests digitally by using this link by copy and pasting into your browser: HT TPS://JINGOLI.SYSAIDIT.COM/ SERVICEPORTAL/

Step 2: Scroll to the box with the marketing request you need. In this case, we will click scroll to “Poster.” Click the underlined button that says “Submit Request.”

For example, this tutorial will walk you through requesting a poster from the Marketing Request Portal from this screen.

Step 1: Click on the link provided to go to the Marketing Request portal.

Step 3: Fill out the form with all the information relevant to your “project. For this example, we will describe the poster we want to design. Fill out the entire digital submission form—Title, Description, and Urgency.

Please note the urgency section includes different levels of urgency in the following from lowest importance to highest: low, normal, high, very high, and urgent. Please include this section to ensure your request gets prioritized correctly.

The attachments section is optional; however, if you want to share information such as content, documents, and more, you can add them to this section so Marketing receives them.

Step 4: Please click submit on the bottom right of the document so Marketing receives your request. After hitting the submit button, you have finished placing your Marketing Request digitally!

Marketing Repository SharePoint For All Essential Materials

Also, all materials that are universal and easy to access are available online. It is your central repository for all common materials!

Step 1: Click the link provided above to go to the Marketing SharePoint.

Step 2: Each folder name defines what they are by material like letterhead or Signature. For example, Click Flyer underlined.

Step 2: This image below is for Step Two of instructions. Please click the folder you need for the material you are searching for.

Step 4: To download the document, click download on the top left as highlighted below.

Step 3: Sometimes, there will be folders labeled by the company. Click the company you want, then double-click the document to view it.
