What is the Video For?
The About Us video will effectively describe the JINGOLI-DCO Family of Companies in a digestible manner to help describe all companies and show the larger picture. Each company offers a unique vertical that makes JINGOLI-DCO a one-stop shop solution in many different industries. The viewer will be able to walk away from the video and better understand our Family of Companies dynamics. WHEN WILL THE VIDEO BE USED? On forms of social media, during new hire orientation hosted by Samantha King, and as the companies see fit.
IS THE VIDEO GOING TO BE EASY EASY TO CHANGE? Yes. The design of the video will make it easy to supplement, edit, add or remove, as new ventures and companies become part of JINGOLI-DCO Families.. WHAT WILL THE NEW HIRES WALK AWAY WITH? Viewers will walk away with a deeper sense of understanding of the overlap between each company within our family of companies, and feeling part of a bigger picture.
Identified Video Hurdles
WHAT ARE SOME HURDLES THAT ARE EXPECTED IN VIDEO DEVELOPMENT? JINGOLI-DCO does not have a microphone to record the equipment. A microphone is needed to have high quality sounding voice overs to ensure a high product quality. Solution: The Rode Wireless Go is a great small microphone that can be used for clean vocal use. These microphones are a great but clear economical solution. They would clip onto the suit or shirt of the speaker. Video Required Guidelines
VIDEO DEVELOPMENT GUIDELINES ARE AS FOLLOWS FOR SUCCESS: Each company in the section in the video can be no longer than thirty seconds. Each president is required to speak about their company. Each company is required to provide an approved project to be filmed / photographed. No company can hand in no more than three projects to be highlighted. Each project showcased in the video can be no older than four years old to ensure every project remains up to date. Each project that is provided needs to provide some baseball stats about the project to accompany the video.
Introduction
JOSEPH R. JINGOLI WILL OPEN VIDEO. After discussion with human resources, it is believed that the best approach is to have Joe open the video while at the farm to open with the following: WHAT JINGOLI IS IN HIS WORDS. JOSEPH R. JINGOLI Joseph R. Jingoli is an amazing word smith without the pressure of script. In agreement, it would be best to give him the following of series to topics to cover during his introduction in his own words. • Introducing JINGOLI-DCO as a company • Introduce how JINGOLI-DCO Energy aligns with their family of companies to be one-stop solution for many different industry needs through partnership and connection. After the intro each company will have 30 seconds to describe themselves in their own words and provide projects of choice to be shot and added to video. A voice over from each executive of each company will describe their company and their role in JINGOLI-DCO.

ASSIGNED EXECUTIVE VOICE OVER Rob Lee will tie in the value of inclusivity, diversity, and fostering back into the community where we work which is the core value of our family of companies. Instilling the fact, that JINGOLI-DCO family companies invest into where they work to better the community to foster a sustainable and enriched future for all communities. SHOWCASING COMPETITIVE EDGE EFFORTS At this point in the video, it will show case the programs of the farm team in video form and a collection of images to relate back to the viewer to really hit home. If any of the programs changes, or we need to change the images, it would be an easy fix.
Closing
JOSEPH R. JINGOLI WILL CLOSE VIDEO It is best practice to close with the same person you opened up with. Joseph R. Jingoli will close the video in focusing on enriching communities where we work through our family of companies. CLOSING THE VIDEO In his own words he will address the following in closing: • Fostering a sense of understanding through connecting that we enrich the communities where we work. • Add a closing statement on a quote that really relates to the JINGOLI-DCO Family of Companies.
