MUPAS Mini
Does the MUPAS Mini require Wi-Fi or a power source?
Yes. The MUPAS Mini connects to your network via Wi-Fi, so it’s important to place it in a location with a strong signal. Additionally, the device requires a power outlet for continuous operation. Once set up, it runs seamlessly without requiring ongoing maintenance.
Are there additional accessories available for the MUPAS Mini?
Yes, we offer several optional add-ons to enhance functionality Many study participants highly recommend the following modules:
● Microwave Spectrum Sensor Module
○ Enhances the MUPAS AI Alerts Engine by analyzing environmental frequencies.
○ Includes three specialized antennas:
■ High-frequency antenna (~2 GHz)
■ Longer black antenna (1 GHz – 2 GHz)
■ Expandable silver antenna (100 kHz – 1 MHz)
● Radiation Detector Module
○ Detects and alerts you when high-energy particles are present in your environment.
● Infrared Camera
○ Features IR LED night vision and HD webcam capabilities for external anomaly detection.
○ Designed to capture unusual visual occurrences, such as orbs or other anomalies.
○ Note: The camera displayed on our website will soon be replaced with a smaller, upgraded model that is currently being tested.
Can I review my data history?
Yes, the MUPAS Portal allows you to access and analyze your past recorded data.
Can I record my observations and alerts?
Yes, the system enables you to log your personal observations and any alerts detected by the device, including uploading of photos or any videos.
Can I share my portal access?
Yes, you can share your portal access with a family member, friend, or neighbor who also has a device and has allowed permission for their unit to be shared.
Is my data kept confidential?
Yes. We prioritize data privacy and security, ensuring that your personal and recorded data remain confidential.
MUPAS Biometric Watch
Unlike the MUPAS Mini, the MUPAS Biometric Watch is designed for continuous real-time monitoring as you go about your day, recording both environmental signals and biological markers.
What does the watch record?
The MUPAS Biometric Watch logs anomalous environmental events and syncs all recorded data with the MUPAS Online Portal for seamless tracking and analysis.
What type of phone is required for the MUPAS app?
Currently, the MUPAS app is only compatible with Android smartphones
What if I do not have an Android phone?
If you do not own an Android smartphone, your alternative option is to purchase a burner phone.
Can the watch record my observations and alerts?
Yes, you can log observations and detected alerts directly in the MUPAS Portal and keep a journal of your observations.
Do both devices grant access to the MUPAS Portal?
Yes. The MUPAS Portal is included with the purchase of either the MUPAS Mini or the MUPAS Biometric Watch. It provides comprehensive tracking and analysis of environmental and biometric data.
Which shipping option should I choose?
Currently, we offer two domestic shipping methods: FedEx and USPS
● FedEx is a reliable option but does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
● USPS supports both residential addresses and P.O. Boxes
If you do not live near a FedEx location, we recommend choosing USPS.
Business shipping address?
If your shipping address is a business location, please indicate this in the Special Shipping Instructions section We need to specify it on the shipping label to ensure proper delivery
