07 l ANALYSIS / RENDER

This is the first design project where you can choose your own design area, which is a different area of the university.

I realized the relationship and benefits of the area and began designing. Benefit students by planting small hydroponic vegetables. For suppliers or students who want to choose the highest quality ingredients, this is very convenient.

Then I started analyzing the various areas within the campus to develop the area, which is the second floor courtyard in front of the cafeteria. By developing the area arounds with green space.

It is a house in the alley road. which has neighboring houses on 2 sides. And on the opposite side of the house is a car sales center. which often has many people passing by So I tried using the plane tool. Let's reorganize visibility and blocking from the outside.

A house that uses a plane It sets the direction of the function together with the court, which is like the heart of the house. And the plane also serves to determine the direction of various views to the outside view.

15 l ANALYSIS

Adjuvant good work consists of good surrounding .

"

"

Nowadays, people tend to spend most of their time working in air-conditioned rooms all day and living in everyday life where the surroundings are all polluted in various ways. which is why it affects health. If we have a good working environment and get more fresh air, it will also help promote better working conditions. And from the analysis of the users in the program, it was found that the users of the buildings in this program had most of their time spent working and traveling. Which rarely come out to get fresh air So In this project, I try to adjust the environment of most office buildings at present, promote employees working in offices through transitional passages in various regions, and promote the quality of space through good ventilation passages. And from analyzing various elements of the site. The surrounding area has quite heavy traffic throughout the day which causes a lot of air pollution. Therefore, I have brought nature as a medium to help reduce pollution and help purify the air.

Common green space area in the office That serves to help develop both various transitions in the building and as a space for relaxation to create better air quality. which has a relationship with the skylight above and the flow of the wind direction.

The area in front of the building can be connected to the underground parking area. This is an area where you can sit and relax at various times. Or it can be a meeting space. And also in the matter of saving energy in the building, making the underground parking level Better light exposure and ventilation.

The Benjakilti Performing Art and Cultural Center (BEN-PACC) is part of the Benjakiti Forest Project. It aims to be a cultural centre, exhibition and cultural activities in central Bangkok. The seminar, both inside and outside the building during the day and night, focuses on purpose, adaptability and convenience. It is a new relaxation area in the heart of Bangkok's important cultural context.

Concept : Start by asking questions with programs that have Grand hall, Chamber hall, and Exhibition hall. That will have different number of users in each function area, it may cause user concentration. So In this project, I try to Therefore came up with an idea to reduce the concentration of users to be able to separate or connect and allow users to enter each area smoothly or can be a meeting area rest area and improves the quality of the transition area.

Conceptual Model : Shows the flow and connection with the surrounding space without fixed points and shows the area between each function.

TYOICAL PROGRAM

REDUCE BAD VIEWS

GREEN COURT

Start by asking questions about the typology of buildings and their functions. with most Concept : mixed-use buildings nowadays It emphasizes the massiness of the building and is as close to the sidewalk or road as possible. Therefore, we thought that if we reduce the massiness of the current building style and increase some space. To attract more people to use the building. and provide a user experience that feels special in every area of the project Through resting areas, meeting areas, or green areas to people everywhere in the building.

34 l SCHEME

SCHEME 1 : Use the convolution tool to avoid and open up the view to the outside, creating interconnected space at the center chords of the site.

SCHEME 2 : Use a tool to scoop up space. This causes the flow of space from outside into the building. and use screed to create a better view of building users and also affect the building form to be outstanding.
