Jim Bologa is an accomplished education executive and the driving force behind Porter and Chester Institute’s evolution.
Jim Bologa is President and CEO of Porter and Chester Institute, the College of Court Reporting, and YTI Career Institute.
With over 30 years of executive experience in finance and operations, he previously held senior roles at Familymeds Group and TranSwitch.
A CPA (inactive), Jim holds a B.S. in Accounting from Elmira College and certifications in Lean Tools and Six Sigma.
He is a strong advocate for career-focused learning and contributes to his community through leadership at his local Greek Orthodox parish.
He also completed advanced business training and is active in faith-based and workforce development initiatives.
