Payment terms are set at “Net 30 days.” For further inquiries or additional information, please email our Customer Service team at info@ dexsa.com.
MINIMUM
A minimum wholesale purchase of $150 is required to place an order. New accounts require a bank reference and three gift supplier trade references. Occasionally, prepayments may be requested by Dexsa to facilitate expedited shipment to new accounts.
SHIPPING TIME
All orders are scheduled to ship approximately two weeks after the order is received. Shipments are handled through UPS or FedEx Ground, with the point of origin being Hudson, WI (FOB Hudson, WI). Customers should promptly submit any reports of damaged or missing merchandise within ten days of receiving the shipment.
